Baby acne with pus

Hi mama, don't worry too much, a few of us in my mum group went through the same thing, and baby acne with small red bumps is really common due to hormones (not hygiene, so no need to feel bad!). That said, once there's pus involved and the skin looks quite red and angry, most of us agreed it's better to just bring LO to the PD to be safe, especially if there's any fever, the bumps are spreading, or baby seems unsettled during feeds. Also just a heads up, please don't apply coconut oil or any home remedies on it, as that can actually make things worse. Do check with your PD first before trying anything on baby's skin!
