How is pregnancy spotting like during last trimester ?

Saturday midnight I was awoke by a pain on my bikini line.. and it became dull pain and I went to hospital for observation nonetheless.. I was discharged as doctor say cervix not open yet .. so I went home after 2-3 hours as baby’s heartbeat is also good.. Sunday morning , I notice my panty has this blood spot.. could it be the cervix check that caused abit of this bleeding ? Or I can observe 1 more day since I have an appointment with my gynae on Monday.. I am not experiencing pain at the moment and also able to feel my baby movement.. #firsttimemom #advicemommies #advicepls
