Aiyoh, I haven't gone through urutan before induction myself lah, but a few of my mum friends who kena induce said the midwife will check your cervix first to see if ada pembukaan or not, sometimes urutan help soften it, sometimes they go straight to the drip if cervix tak ready yet. Best thing is tanya the doctor or midwife when you go in, because it really depends on your cervix condition and how far along you are lah. Wishing you all the best for labour!
