Hi mama, Grade 2 placenta at 24 weeks is something you really need to discuss with your OB, kasi it's a bit early and they'll want to monitor you closely, a few of us had placental concerns and ang doctors namin lahat said it varies kung ano ang cause, sometimes it's just how baby's placenta developed, pero kailangan ng regular ultrasounds to make sure baby's getting enough nutrients. Try not to stress too much yet, marami ring moms na nag-grade 2 early tapos naging okay lang, pero definitely important na regular check-ups and follow what your doctor recommends para safe ka and baby mo.
