A few of us first-time moms noticed na parang sluggish lang ang babies right after their shots, ito yung mild reaction ng katawan nila sa vaccine, kaya parang tired lang sila for a bit. Usually bumalik na sila sa normal within 24 hours or so, pero if worried ka talaga or if persistent yung lethargy, good idea to check with your pedia just to be sure lahat okay lang.
