Advised saken ng ob ko po. Mag start po ng bilang sa malakas or kulay red mo nang period. Then from that day po best to conceive is on the 11th day. First 3 days for boy and next 4 days for girl gender. Bali you have 7 fertile days every month. Nag work namn sya saken. Sana makatulong din sayo.

Try the “Flo” app. It helped me track my ovulation dates when I was trying to get pregnant. It depends if your cycle is regular though.
