NIGHT DIFF

Sample: 10pm to 10am working hours ko (night shift/call center) Sa pagkakaintindi ko is 10pm to 6am is entitled to get night diff and 10% samin. So dapat 8hrs Ang night diff ko if ganito schedule ko everyday, Tama po ba? Any help is very much appreciated ☺️
