I appreciate you sharing this, pero importante po talaga na ang bawat mama ay makakuha ng prenatal vitamins na prescribed specifically para sa kanya ng doctor niya, kasi ang needs ng bawat pregnancy ay different, and some meds like Duphaston need doctor supervision din.
