Hindi exactly the same, sis, usually ang Advance ay may mas advanced formulation with extra nutrients like magnesium and vitamin D, while ang Plus version may slightly different blend din. Best check the labels side-by-side or ask your doctor/pharmacist which one is better for your needs kasi may slight differences talaga sa ingredients! Ako personally, I just asked my OB kung alin ang best for me during pregnancy and breastfeeding, kaya mas safe na makonsulta mo rin.
