Good evening! Drink plenty of water, eat more fruits and vegetables like papaya at leafy greens, at try to move around a bit, kahit short walks lang talaga tumutulong sa constipation during pregnancy. Pero since 11 weeks ka na, better check with your OB pa rin para ma-prescribe ka ng safe na remedies, kasi some over-the-counter ones hindi okay pag buntis.
