Salam sis! Ohhh ada je mak-mak yang alami macam ni. Dari apa yang I dengar dari a few of us, situation macam yours ni bisa jadi "vanishing twin", basically one of the sacs might not develop or the baby might not survive further along. Some mums' kantung yang kosong tu ended up disappearing by second or third scan, so they ended up carrying single baby je. But some kantung stayed there throughout, doc usually just monitor closely je. Kunci adalah scan again in 1-2 weeks to see if that empty sac develops a yolk sac or embryo lagi, or if it just stays empty or disappears altogether. I think best is to follow up with your doc since tiap case a bit different, they'll want to keep a close eye on both sacs and the one with baby to make sure everything's progressing okay.
