Sakit ari-ari lepas berak tu memang boleh jadi normal sikit, especially kalau constipated (pregnancy memang buat perut keras), tapi sebab you're 25 weeks better check with your doctor just to be sure, tak payah risau, probably nothing, tapi better safe kan. A few of my mum friends had the same thing and it turned out just dari stretching atau gas, but kat clinic je dorang confirm. Baby aktif tu good sign, so likely fine je, but get it checked out lah to put your mind at ease!
