salam momsies semua, im using this apps to easily track my ovulation. is it accurate? saya jenis regular period. harini 15th sept baru cd12 but double line? (first cd12 result pukul 0730pm) can help me? is this the right time to bd or hv to wait until the result came -ve again? mohon pencerahan yaaa semua ☺️#bantusharing #1stimemom #answerpls

Alang-alang double line dah keluar, tu sign kamu tengah fertile period lah! Biasanya LH surge (yang test tu detect) means ovulation akan jadi dalam 24-48 jam, so the best time to BD is sekarang atau esok, jangan tunggu sampai jadi negative haha, once negative dah, mostly dah terlewat. Kalau kamu regular period, tracking mmg boleh jadi accurate guide, tapi best still lah check dengan doctor or fertility specialist kalau kamu serious nak conceive, especially since ni first time trying.
