Aww congrats on the twins, mama! Mmg nervous jugak normal lah, especially first time, a few of us in the group ada twin pregnancies and they all said the first trimester was the most kiasu period, tapi habis scan confirm semuanya okay, lagi tenang sikit. MCDA twins actually quite common and doable, tapi memang kena monitor more closely je, so follow up with your doctor regularly and jangan skip those scans. Do chat with your OB about what to expect, keletihan, swelling, all that, so you're prepared, and boleh jugak mintak connect dengan mums yang dah deliver twins, they're usually super helpful dengan tips macam diet, posture, etc. You've got this!
