Ahhh I can feel the anxiety, mama! At 40w2d memang dah boleh jadi anxious, tapi honestly doctor needs to monitor you closely sekarang ni sebab dah overdue, jangan self-treat, kena go in for NST at least to check baby okay. A few of my mum friends who went past 40 weeks, doctor mereka buat sweeping or discuss induction options, so masa check up nanti just ask your gynae what the plan is rather than rush things on your own, okay?
