Barang apa nak bawa bersalin d HUKM

Alah, kena bawa banyak tau! Dari my experience and a few mum friends yang bersalin kat HUKM dulu, essentials je, few sets of comfortable nightgowns yang easy to open depan (kalau boleh yang button), toiletries, undergarments yang boleh throw away, charger untuk phone, and snacks untuk hubby hehe. I'd say jugak bawa extra towels because hospital punya takde banyak, maternity pads if you prefer your own brand, and comfort items macam pillow dari rumah (pakai colourful pillowcase so tak mix dengan hospital punya). Most important, confirm dengan HUKM sendiri berapa hari you'll be staying and what they provide in the package, because sometimes beda-beda depending on ward class, tak mau reach sana baru tahu kena bawa lagi benda haha!
