Haa betul, DPO = days post ovulation! Kalau dah confirm ovulation via OPK, boleh try UPT around DPO 12-14, tapi yang paling reliable adalah DPO 14 onwards (masa period supposed to come) sebab hormone dah cukup tinggi untuk detect. A few of my mum friends dalam TTC journey tu tested terlalu awal and kena line eye, haha, so sabar sikit lebih bagus! Dua kali BD tu dah bagus, so now just wait and see, fingers crossed untuk you!
