Salam! Honestly, most of us just guna phone timer or notes app je, very simple, tulis timing with gaps in between, then screenshot untuk show dekat doctor nanti. A few mum friends kata apps like Contraction Timer ada kat Google Play or App Store pun bagus kalau nak automatic, but honestly I find the basic notes app works just fine lah, sebab you just need to show your gynae the pattern anyway.
