Salam! At 34 weeks, what you're describing sounds like Braxton Hicks contractions, totally normal and nothing to worry about, most mums get them especially in the evenings. A few of us tried different things like drinking more water, changing positions, or doing gentle walks, and it does seem to calm down. That said, since you're noticing the baby's movements are slower during the day, I'd suggest just give your PAC a quick call or pop by for a check just to put your mind at ease, better safe than sorry, kan, especially on first pregnancy. It's probably nothing but at least you'll know for sure and won't stress yourself. Hang in there, mummy, you're almost there!
