Aww sayang, at 33+ weeks tu mmg banyak perubahan, but sakit yang mencucuk-cucuk especially on one side kena check dengan doctor ye, better safe than sorry! Could be baby position, stretching, or something else yang kena monitor, so jangan delay okay. Contraction tu biasanya rasa keras je perut, macam squeeze, tapi if you're not sure tu's exactly why you should call your gynae or go to clinic. A few of us first-time mums also confused dulu sama sama! Don't be shy to ask your doctor to explain, they're used to it, and it's your baby, so ask away! Please go see your doctor as soon as possible to rule out anything yang need attention ye. All the best, mama!
