Sama mcm saya. Currently 21 weeks. Saya selalu bangun, tgk tgk luar tingkap, jalan jalan ke pantry, duduk kena ada bantal dkt belakang. Jgn duduk statik je. Kena bangun jugak kadang kadang time rasa lenguh tu

sy pun 22 weeks skrg.. kt office biasanya sy kerap tukar posisi duduk.. kadang bersila pun ada.. haha.. sy siap beli tilam letak kt office.. lunch time mmg sy baring.. fuhh lega dpt baring.. hehe

kena banyakkan bergerak dan buat senaman ringkas. bangun jalan² ke meja lain ke ,pantry ke.. asalkan bangun dari tempat duduk dan bergerak 😊
