Hey mum, being a parent is overwhelming regardless of whether you’re doing it on your own or with your partner. It’s perfectly normal. As someone mentioned earlier, in this phase it can be especially tough due to the post-natal depression. The best thing to do in this situation is to discuss this openly with your partner.
