Honestly, I'd check with your OB about that one, "pH care" can mean different things (intimate wash, supplements, whatever), and what's safe really depends on what product it is and kung pregnant ka or breastfeeding pa. A few of us moms have different experiences kasi, so better safe than sorry, you know? What specific pH care product are you thinking of using? That might help you ask your doctor the right questions.
