Laxative safe po ba kht breastfeeding?

Hey, understandable worry kasi constipation talaga after birth, super uncomfortable! Para sa peace of mind, best to check with your OB or pedia muna kung safe talaga ang specific laxative na plano mo, iba-iba kasi ang bawat brand at kung gaano kalaki ang transfer sa breastmilk.
