Mommy, if it's advised by your OB then it is safe po. Accdg to CDC: Pregnant women who are identified as being at risk for HBV infection during pregnancy should be vaccinated. You can read more here: https://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/pregnancy/hcp-toolkit/guidelines.html#hepb
