Ay, star apple is generally safe during pregnancy naman, pero since you're worried, better check with your OB just to be sure especially if you have any specific health concerns, some of us moms ay extra cautious lang talaga during pregnancy kaya walang harm sa pag-confirm! I've had friends na kumain ng star apple throughout, pero lagi naman best to get the green light from your doctor, lalo na kung first pregnancy mo pa lang.
