is it safe na mag take na ng mega malunggay capsule while pregnant? kelan dpat mag take ng capsule na un? thanks!
better ask your ob po,mahirap po kc mgbka sakali mas ok n ung ob po mismo mgsabi if need mo inumin :)
Ask your ob when can you take one. Ako kasi inadvise to take malunggay tea 2 weeks before ng scheduled cs
31 weeks, and Im taking since nung 26 weeks. Breast feeding din kasi ako sa 3 years old ko.
Sabe sakin ng OB ko magstart daw ako mga 34weeks. Pero ask mo pa rin OB mo para sure.
36weeks na ako ngaun at pde na daw ako uminom ng malunggay caps anytime. 😊
