Worry to get pregnant

Hi mama! So yung 10th day ng period mo, that's usually around when fertility picks up, kaya medyo may risk talaga ng pregnancy if you're not using protection, it's not a "safe" day kahit na parang malapit pa lang sa simula ng cycle mo. If you're worried about getting pregnant or you want to avoid it, better talk to your OB about what family planning method works best for you, kasi every woman's cycle is different din! A few of my mum friends thought the same thing, pero biglang surprise baby, so it's really best to confirm with your doctor what's best for your situation.
