Miscarriage @ 11weeks

We are so sad today, just learned that my baby has no heartbeat at 11weeks. Narinig pa namin yung heartbeat nya 160bpm at 7weeks. But hindi na sya nag grow 8weeks lang sa size nya. Symptoms: Spotting ng brown hanggang nagblack discharge, masakit ang balakang and mga legs. Praying sa lahat ng naka experience nito. It's not easy but we must continue to hope 💕 #BabyElijah

Oo, nanay, I'm so sorry, this is heartbreaking, at ang iyong pain is so valid. Please see your OB right away para malaman ninyo ang next steps and makasiguro na healthy ka pa, important ito para sa inyo physically at emotionally. Marami sa amin na nagsuffer ng ganito, at ang grief mo ay real, pero may support, doctors, counselors, at aming circle of mums who understand. Malakas kayo, at okay lang to grieve ngayon. Sending you so much love.
