Honestly sis, most clinics in QC require appointments para sa TVS kasi kailangan nila i-prepare ang equipment at mag-schedule ng sonographer, pero maraming walk-in friendly na establishments na willing mag-accommodate kung hindi busy, try mo lang mag-call ahead kung kaya ng same day, usually hospitals like Philippine General Hospital or Quirino Memorial may mas flexible slots compared sa private clinics. A few of my mum friends nag-TVS sa Mega Health Medical Center and Eastwood Medical Center in QC, and they were accommodating even with walk-ins, pero depende talaga sa oras at availability ng doctor, best to call first para hindi masayang iyong byahe!
