Breast Pump

depends po sa purpose niyo. if you are planning to go back to work, then a dual electric pump ang pinaka convenient kasi po pag nag pump po kayo, 15mins each breast po yun so kung isa lang pump, 30 mins po yun pag both breasts. at least kapag dual, sabay na, less time. but if sa bahay lang naman, haaka will do to catch letdown milk (milk coming out of the other boob kapag nagpapadede sa kabila). but alam ko, this will only work if nagpapadede sa kabilang boob. if you want a cheaper option, orange and peach has the milk saver pump na parang haaka: https://www.lazada.com.ph/products/orange-and-peach-milk-saver-pump-and-breast-shells-bundle-i324218292-s676256652.html orange and peach will be in our rewards tonight at 7pm.
