Hi mommy, ginagawa ko wash lang ng hot water from the water dispenser ng office, to wash out lang lahat ng milk drops. tapos patuyuin/air dry, basta walang moist or any water drops bago gamitin ulet. Pagdating sa house wash, sterilize, air dry & pack for next day use.
Hello, recently I watch a pumping hack on YouTube ang ginagawa ng isang mommy para di sya paulit ulit mag hugas the whole day is after pumping she put the breast pump flange inside a ziplock and put it in a fridge and reuse it. Haven't tried but this might be helpful.
Pwede po lagay sa ref kc ung napump mo mismo na milk eh nireref ntn, so pwede rin ung flanges.
Kinakanlawan ko lang tas hot water then patuyo.
