So tungkol sa levo, most moms I know with hypothyroidism take it before the OGTT, usually with water lang in the morning, tapos they wait like 30 minutes to an hour before the glucose drink. Your OB or endocrinologist can confirm, pero that's the usual setup so the meds don't interfere with the test results. The OGTT is really just checking kung okay ang glucose levels mo during pregnancy, hindi ka naman dapat mag-fail, it's just screening, okay? One of my mum friends who had hypothyroidism too said she asked her doctor to write down the exact timing, tapos sinundan niya exactly, and everything went smoothly. Just to be safe though, double-check with your doctor tomorrow kung paano exactly nila gusto, levo timing varies sometimes depending sa dose at sa specific OB, so better peace of mind!
