Honestly, ang laki ng difference, especially sa recovery ng mama! One of my mum friends did CS with ligate and she was bedbound for weeks, while another who did normal with ligate was up and moving after a few days lang, pero ang baby naman, walang major difference sa limitations kung honest, both are fine normally. The main thing is if you're planning for permanent family planning, ang CS with ligate ay mas convenient kasi one-time lang ang surgery, pero normal with ligate requires a separate procedure pa. Ask your OB talaga kung ano ang best fit sa situation mo, kasi ang recovery experience mo as mama ay huge factor sa how you can care for baby.
