Hindi ko personally na-try ang Heragest, pero from what a few of my mum friends shared, usually ang brown discharge at mild cramps ay normal reactions ng uterus kapag may foreign object, even just for a short time, but honestly, bawat body talaga ang iba so I'd really suggest you check with your OB para ma-confirm kung normal lang yan or may concern, especially kung first time mo.
