kakadiagnose lang saken din po, ako nag no rice na talaga kamote nalang po or corn. breakfast ko po ay 2 boiled eggs, wheat bread tas minsan po, lettuce/salad tas chicken na walang breading. lunch ko po sabaw gulay ulam lang, no rice talaga. bawi lang sa snacks minsan wheat bread din tas egg, pede din pp cereal yung wholegrain, o kaya rolled oats po. awa ng diyos nagnonormal na sugar. hirap lang minsan kasi nasanay na may rice saka mabilis nakakagutom.
