Adeh, spotting lepas 12 weeks tu memang scary lah, especially kalau first pregnancy tak pernah. A few of my mum friends pernah alami ni, and honestly it's so common tapi memang bikin panik! Since you're already at 12 weeks, I'd really suggest ring your gynae or pergi clinic je to get checked out, they can do a quick scan and put your mind at ease, sebab every pregnancy memang lain-lain and it's better to know for sure.
