Ay, I'd really suggest bringing that up sa pediatrician mo, mama, it's better to get it checked out kahit maliit lang ang bukol para ma-rule out kung normal lang ito or something that needs attention. One of my mum friends had a similar concern with her son and the doc said it was just how his ribcage was developing, pero kailangan talaga ng in-person check para sure!
