Totoo talaga yan, mama, those first 1000 days are game-changing for our babies, from pregnancy hanggang second birthday pa lang! Breastfeeding really does give them everything they need, and honestly, the bonding part alone is worth it; it's such a special time na hindi mo maibabalik.
