Don't worry, yan's actually normal lang, it just means your placenta is positioned on the right side of your uterus, slightly to the middle, and it's sitting higher up rather than lower (which is good kasi less risk ng placenta previa). The Grade 2 is the maturity level at 28 weeks, which is on track pa lang for your stage. A few of us had similar findings and our docs said it's nothing to stress about, but definitely ask your OB sa next checkup para ma-explain niya in detail kung may anything specific they're monitoring, every pregnancy is different kasi, at sila lang talaga ang makakasabi ng what it means for your situation specifically.
