Depends on the individual Teachers and schools. But I think in general MFS has a friendly culture, esp. the way teachers interact with parents - friendly and not impatient. They seem to genuinely enjoy being Teachers.
Non aircon environment, but it’s airy. good for keeping sickness at bay.
