Hmm honestly I don't have specific firsthand experience with either of these two centres so I really don't want to give you inaccurate reviews lah! But both Star Learners and PCF Sparkletots are quite established childcare providers in Singapore so generally the standard should be decent, with PCF being under PAP Community Foundation which has quite consistent curriculum across their centres. I would really recommend going down personally to visit both centres and compare lah, bring a checklist and observe things like how teachers interact with the children, cleanliness, safety features, and teacher to child ratio, and you can also try posting in the Bedok or Ubi residents Facebook community group or Kiasuparents forum because parents in those specific areas will definitely have more accurate and detailed reviews about these particular centres!
