Ay, congrats sa baby mo! Honestly, one month lang talaga ang maaga pa, kaya better check muna with your OB or dentist kung advisable na mag-braces ngayon, they'll know kung ready na ang body mo and if breastfeeding will be affected. A few of us mums waited a bit pa bago nag-orthodontics kasi ang adjustment period can be stressful, tapos may concern din sa dental work kung breastfeeding ka pa, but really it depends sa case mo so let the doc decide!
