Hindi po too early yan, maraming doctors dito sa Pinas ang nag-oorder na ng OGTT around 16-20 weeks if may risk factors ka (family history ng diabetes, overweight, previous GDM, etc.), so 19 weeks is actually okay pa. Yung standard window talaga is 24-28 weeks, pero kung may concerns na si doctor mo, better safe than sorry, lalo na if may symptoms ka na or background mo ay risky. Yes, pwede nang i-repeat ulit sa 24-28 weeks kung gusto ng doctor mo for double-check, some doctors do that actually, especially if first result is borderline or if may new concerns. Best na tanungin mo directly si OB mo kung bakit 19 weeks ang timing at kung may plano siyang mag-repeat pa around 24-28, para alam mo exactly ang plan.
