No remedies but best to visit doctor. Highly advice no steroid cream. Can try pregnancy safe moisturiser/cream/QV moisturiser.
Best to visit gynae for advice but u can use those pregnancy safe moisturizers to prevent dryness etc
QV lotion and body soap has worked wonders for me this pregnancy
