2 weeks delayed

Hello, regular po mens ko but now 2 weeks delayed napo ako. Nag try ako mag pt pero negative po yung lumabas (first try was on april 16, 2nd try was on april 24) . Para po akong naduduwal palagi, may mild cramps din and headache. Please advise mga mamsh huhuhuhu
