Hi my Lo has a fever how do I reduce it

Fever patches all over (forehead, neck, back, chest). Sponge and don’t cover baby in blanket or thick clothings. I dress my LO in tshirts when she has a fever, just keep the fan speed lower and no aircon. Depending on how old is LO, offer lots of water.
