Hi my baby has redness on his head don't know is that a rashes or what any tips or advice to get rid

my baby had this too. so i bought a cream from metro, babies section for redness, rashes, flaky skin and it goes away in 2 days. its a soothing cream and my baby literally feel relieved when she cries about the rashes i assume. i assume its rashes but anyway, the cream helped. its called Gaia Natural Baby
