You could try The Kid's Dentist at One Orchard Boulevard, #13-06 Camden Medical Centre. They're received great reviews on how they handle children!
There are no favourites here. NTUC has a dental clinic in Toa Payoh and they have good dentists there.
Smile Dental Clinic is a good on in Upper East Coast. Very professional dentists.
I go to Smile Dental at East coast or Neufield Dental at Siglap Village
