Aww, diaper rash is such a pain, literally nakakastress kapag nakikita mo ang sensitive skin ng baby all red and angry, diba? Try keeping the area clean and dry as much as possible, and use a good barrier cream like zinc oxide or similar talaga, pero honestly if it's not improving in a few days or looks really bad, best to check with your pedia para sure kung ano cause niya (sometimes it's yeast, sometimes it's just the diaper friction). In the meantime, change diapers frequently and let baby's bum air out a bit kung kaya mo, works wonders talaga!
